All the personal data is processed by Michael in the UK however for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information may be located on servers outside of the European Union. When completing a contact form on the website, this only sends an email to his business email address and does not create an entry on a separate database.

Michael has a Data Protection regime in place to ensure the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long it is kept
When entering into a contract, Michael is required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it may be destroyed. non contract information may be kept for Michael’s business purposes to enable contact. Data will be deleted on request unless subject to the financial purpose retention detailed above.
What Michael would also like to do with it
The information retained may be used to contact you for occasional marketing purposes, this data will be kept until you notify Michael that you no longer wish to receive this information.
This information is not shared with third parties.
If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data held about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data held about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
